‘Whether You Are Tiny Or Whether You Are A Giant I

Hello my friends how is everyone? I hope everyone had a wonderful day. Today was a great day because the universe and the laws of nature just take over and if you do not focus on the moments through out the day we miss those times and moments that would otherwise change our lives.

I did a motivational speech this afternoon to a group of graduates from an adult school. It was a great feeling to see people that perhaps had given up at one time and now they have completed these courses and receive their certificates.

I spoke about their dreams and to keep them alive as they move into the reality of life. I spoke about how they cannot move from point A to Point Z in one jump and if they try they were setting up for failure.

You see my friends you have to take baby steps towards your dream and goals. You start small and the goals will grow to bigger and bigger moments and achievements in ones life.

I spoke about focus and what it takes to be a great achiever and they just proved it that they could reach certain goals if they but focused and changed their mindset to correctly control ones thoughts.

We all must take baby steps in life because sooner or later we will trip and fall but we must jump up and persevere till the end and our goals are reached because anything is possible if we but set our minds on the end result.

Today I say hello to all my readers and followers; I write for you

Today I woke up and went to work, got dressed and drove to my nearest coffee shop and picked up my cup of coffee. Dam I needed that and it was so good it really was.

Then I arrived to my job and began my day. During my day I helped about ten people who really needed my assistance and I have to tell you that it is the best feeling in the world to help someone who really needs it.

You see time is of the essence and sometimes we loose track do we not of course we do all the time. We need to take time to realize that sometimes we move in slow motion and sometimes we speed up so fast that we miss everything in sight.

What do we believe in, what do we believe in is it the universal laws that are always around us but never see. Do we believe in ourselves and what we can achieve if we but believe in ourselves and our efforts.

I have no idea nor am I an expert well Iam but I never claim to be one and you know why of course you don’t because I have not told you yet.
You see my point is this You do not have to be an expert in anything the only thing you need to know about is yourself and to believe in what you can achieve.

This is a well a good quote but I find it somewhat out there in the universe too. You see I do not mind spending time by myself. I do not mind because sometimes it is needed to spend time on you own and to yourself.

I believe that when we loose ourselves and I know we all have those times it is the best thing to do is to take some time to be alone and gather your thoughts. Let us be alone five minutes a day and you will find out just how in need we are. Life can be rough but sometimes we find ourselves lost in our minds and get stuck there until we realize that we need that time alone.

Good morning my friends and how are you today? Let us look at our health and let us think about what we need to do to stay healthy. I believe that there are so much out there to really think about regarding our health and weight.

I find that there is really a simple formula and here it is. You input and output in other words intake less food and out put with exercises. You see my friends the food we eat is so full of preservatives that by the time you eat it it is so full of bad stuff.

Think about this for a minute if nature made it then it is a perfect food no matter what any one says if it is a natural food then it is a great food if it was made b man then it is no good. You do not see pasta trees, you do not see bread trees.

The point I am trying to say is that stay with the natural foods. You can eat and drink anything you want in moderation. Stay focused in life because if we do not have our health then my friends we have nothing and cannot accomplish much can we. What a crazy quote. I believe that sometimes we go through life not realizing that each is another day under our belt. We do not realize that each day is another day from our life. What we need to realize is that not just another day went by but what did we accomplish on those days past. Life can be a beautiful thing if we know how to live. When I was young coming from such a large family honestly I did not know when my days were gone I felt that my days were endless and went by so fast.

The life we live is the life that will either make us or stop us. You see if we live a good life serving others then nothing will stop us if we do not then life will stop us. I mean life is just great when all goes well. What if something goes wrong then what.

Just remember this that things will come our ways each day and they may be bad and know that sometimes we cannot control what happens but what we can control 100% is how we react to any given situation. Leave me your thoughts.

What is the mind thinking about in your head at this very second is positive or is it negative.
You see when this question is asked you begin to realize just exactly what it is you are thinking about.

By doing this you will begin to get a better understanding of your thoughts but what is is that fills your mind. The mind can bring so many treasure if but search a bit for them. This same search can lead us to failure if we are not careful and choose our reality within us.

In a world where there is so much craziness and where the media just plays the people for fools. You see the media can be a good thing and can also become very negative and bring about horrible thoughts into the mind.

One must be able to find the strength within and overcome the obstacles that life drops on our shoulders each and every day.

Hello my friends how is the day going so far for you? I ask my friends everyday how they are doing so I thought I would do the same to you. I ask that question because when think things are good sometimes they are not so what do we do.

First accept things at the moment because at the moment there is really nothing we can do but try to react right then and there and hopefully we make the right choice.

I say that because sometimes we are our own worst critics and we are so hard on ourselves and believe me I know about being hard on my self. I am a speaker a motivational speaker and I work at a regular job and I play football and I am a father and do not forget a husband.

Sometime the support is not there because I am moving at a hundred miles an hour and my mind sometimes is ahead of my body and that is where i sometimes stumble.

I also found out that it is OK to stumble just do not fall on your face and if you do jump up quickly.
We are human and that will happen unless you are dead and have no worries or nothing to deal with in life.

You see I find it difficult playing football not because I do not want to play but because I want to play so bad and I give it my all. I have the speed needed and the heart what I do not have is the knowledge of the game so what do I do.

I FOUND SOMEONE WHO IS REALLY GOOD AND ASKED FOR HELP. That is what we need to do when we feel we are falling down. we ask for assistance. We must be humble and realize that sometimes life will be tough on us but the key is never to give up on yourself that is the key my friends never ever give up on yourself.

This quote is from one of my favorite motivational speakers and thinkers of our time.
Let me see now what does the quote mean.
To me it means that as a child i n the fourth or fifth grades if we do not pass to the next grade we we see that the chairs get smaller and smaller and the it becomes embarrassing.

The problem arises we are all grown up and there is no difference in between years because our minds stay stuck in the same mindset and way of thinking. This makes quite an issue for us adults now does it not.

You see once we believe that things are they way they are and there is no change we fall into a routine and some people like that and before they know it twenty years have gone by.

The mind is a powerful piece of work and does not know the difference between positive or negative but it dos know what to react to so I will leave you that to think about my friends leave me your comments.

It is funny a funny thing how when people are asked to do something for someone else they ignore it why is that. I believe it is because it has no value for them. Now ask them again but this time tell them you will pay them and see what happens.

I find that to be really ignorant of people because they care nothing for the human life but their own, I guess there is nothing wrong that but always a but and that but is that they must think about their neighbor and their loved ones and then remember that thy are human.

You see the mind can be manipulated in so many ways that only you can control the thoughts that enter the mind your mind whether they are good or they are bad.

Life can be beautiful as long as we fill our minds with good thoughts and if you fill it with bad negative thoughts then that is what will come your way.
